Clinton Palanca, the Philippine's premier food critic, gives us his professional opinion on what makes a good restaurant. Clinton Palanca is the Philippine’s premier food writer with his work published in the Philippines Daily Inquirer and Esquire Magazine. He is also the award winning author of My Angkong’s Noodles and The Gullet: Dispatches on Philippine Food. He attended Ateneo de Manila University, has an MSc in Sociology from Oxford University, and a Doctorate in Food Anthropology from SOAS University of London.
